Our Designs

Andy's Embroidery specializes in custom industry clothing for all lines of work. We can offer over 65,000 stock designs to choose from or if you would prefer, let us develop a custom logo for you.

Stock designs are designs created by companies who specialize in making embroidery designs. These are sold to anyone wishing to use them. Andy's currently has access to 35,000 of these stock designs. We have something for every need. Please click on this link to view some of our samples.

Custom designs are designs prepared especially for the customer. These designs are usually a company logo or picture that gives a company their own unique presence. We prepare these designs through digitizing which requires an extra fee. We can also utilize a stock design and customize that design by adding the name of your business. By utilizing stock designs we can keep set up fees to a minimum. This is a good alternative to digitizing.

Digitizing

!
Some Custom designs or logos are not carried by Andy's but can be "digitized" to allow the embroidery machine to sew them. Digitizing defines the types of stitches the embroidery machine will use. Good quality art work, such as a custom company logo, is scanned into the computer and various points are plotted to define each stitch which will produce your logo. This process can sometimes involve considerable time and effort. Once your design is digitized it can be saved for future orders as your needs grow. Digitizing fees are based on the number of stitches in the design. Send us your design to get a free estimate on digitizing costs. This is a one time fee.

Set-Up

!

Setup is a term used by embroiders to describe the process of preparing the embroidery machine to sew a particular design. This includes developing the program for the computer necessary for your program to run and any editing which might be necessary. There is usually a small fee associated with this process.
