The terms and condition set out below shall apply without variation to every contract entered into by Andy’s Embroidery for the sale of goods.
Thank you for your order, it will be sent to us by secure email and prepared ready for dispatch.
If you have left the confirmation of order box ticked then you will receive an email from us listing the products ordered together with an Invoice for the amount due.
If the order is for a NON USA country, then we will calculated the postage and packaging costs and advise you by email the total amount due. You will then need to get a dollar draft or money order from your bank to send to us, or pay by credit card.
Tax: for CA. only orders add 7.25% tax

Warrant/Returns Policy : Andy’s Embroidery wants you the consumer to be satisfied with the items you purchase. Stock items are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately if you need to return an item. We will issue you a Return Authorization which must be placed in the lower left hand area of the box in which you are returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges if Andy’s Embroidery is not at fault.
Stock items are those items which are decorated with designs either by embroidery, direct to garment Printing or sublimination which are the property of Andy’s Embroidery. Custom Embroidery items, custom direct to garment printing and custom sublimination items are not returnable. All sales are final. If breakage occurs during shipment please contact Andy’s Embroidery so that we can contact the carrier for replacement costs.
Andy’s Embroidery inspects every garment prior to production to insure it is free of manufactures defect prior to embroidery or printing.
Pricing & Specifications : All data descriptions weights, measures and technical details are provided by the manufactures and are for guidance only and do not constitute part of any product specification, nor the basis of an offer of sale. Products are offered subject to availability.
Title – Merchandise remains the property of Andy’s Embroidery until paid for in full by customer.
Prices – All prices shown are ex store and are plus carriage charges. Since each design submitted for Custom Embroidery is unique and it is priced according to quantity ordered, complexity of design, stitch count and number of placements on each item to be embroidered. You will be quoted a final price when your order is placed. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Digitizing is a one-time fee to convert your design into a format our embroidery machines can read. Digitizing charges start at $40.00 and increase according to stitch count and complexity of design. This is a one-time fee and you are never charged additional set up fees for your design.
Direct to Garment Printing is prices according to quantity ordered, number of placements and color of garments. The t-shirts we use are either Hanes Beefy T’s or Gildan Brand both a 6.1 oz weight. There is no set up fees with camera-ready artwork. We will set up lettering only with no set up charge. Graphic artwork is available at $65.00 an hour charged at ¼ hour increments.
Re Orders - You will NEVER have to pay a set up charges on re-orders, however, pricing on re-orders are based on the total quantity you order. Example, if your original order was 100 t-shirts and your re order is 25 you can expect to pay a little more per unit. You will be informed of the price at the time you place your order. If your re order is 200 pieces you can expect to pay less per item.
Production Time - Production time is based on many variables i.e. total pieces, design run time and how busy we are. We will process your orders in a timely manner. In some cases a rush charge may be applied, but you will be informed at the time your order is placed. We make ever effort to meet your deadlines. You will be informed at the time your order is place the approximate date of shipment to you.
Each Custom Logo digitized for embroidery requires a different time frame based on the complexity of your design. After we have digitized your design we will sew out a sample on the type of fabric of the garments you are ordering in the correct colors. We will then send you an email sample as well as an actual sample via the mail for you to review. If you find you would like to make changes in your design we can do that and then send you another electronic sample. Should your design require additional changes and sew outs additional fees may be added. Please have your design finalized with you submit it for Digitizing. We want you to be as satisfied with the results as we are.
You can choose to forgo the sample sent via mail if time is a factor and you are satisfied with the electronic image sent.
Custom orders placed for Direct to Garment Printing and Sublimination are usually processed with 7 to 10 working days. However, if you have a very special occasion and are near a deadline we would be happy to work with you to meet your deadline.
Methods of payment – All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards, or checks.
Delivery – Andy’s Embroidery will make every endeavour to adhere to any delivery date specified in the contract but does not guarantee that any goods will be delivered by such date and shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind and howsoever arising by reasons of any failure on the part of Andy’s Embroidery to deliver on such date. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Andy’s Embroidery is an equal provider of embroidery goods, direct to garment good and sublimination products with the following exceptions: Requests deemed inappropriate in terms of vulgar, obscene or promoting that which is vulgar or obscene may not be answered or fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or company.
Andy’s Embroidery will not reproduce a know copywrite or trademark without the express written permission in the form of a manufacturer’s agreement specifically authorizing Andy’s Embroidery to reproduce the copywrite or trademark. The Manufacturing agreement is required from the person or company which hold ownership of the copywrite or trademark in question.
Business Policy: Andy’s Embroidery will provide value for our customers through the provision of high quality goods and services. If you provide garments or other items to Andy’s Embroidery for decorating, your items will be treated with the upmost respect. However, as in any mechanical process accidents can happen and garments are ruined. Andy’s Embroidery cannot be held responsible for accidental damage to items. In other words, when we provide you with items to be embroidered or printed we will replace that item should the machines accidentally damage the garment or item to be decorated. When you provide the item you take the risk, when we provide the item we assume the risk of mechanical accidents.
